Assistant Headteacher - Northfield area, Birmingham
Start Date: September 2025
Salary: Leadership Scale (L1- L4)
Contract: Full-time, temporary- Permanent

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join our senior leadership team as Assistant Headteacher at a vibrant and inclusive school in the Northfield area of Birmingham.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a committed and forward-thinking leader to support the strategic development of teaching and learning across the school. You will play a key role in driving school improvement, supporting staff development, and ensuring high standards of achievement and wellbeing for all pupils.

We are looking for someone who:
Has proven leadership experience within a primary setting
Demonstrates a deep understanding of curriculum development and pedagogy
Is an excellent communicator, able to inspire and support colleagues
Has a strong commitment to inclusion and safeguarding
Will actively contribute to the vision and values of the school
Experience working in an academy trust
Ability to cover classes as well as continue with leadership responsibilities
