Job summary

Liverpool Diocesan Schools Trust is seeking an Assistant Headteacher for Highfield St Matthew’s in Wigan. You will lead on key whole‑school aspects, model strong leadership and support staff development to raise standards.

You will work with the Executive Headteacher, Head of School and governing body, and will be expected to inspire pupils to achieve and engage parents and the local community. This is a permanent, full‑time role on the L4–L8 salary scale.
