Assistant Headteacher

About the Role

If appointed, you will be responsible and accountable for the following areas:

1. Leading Key Stage 1 phase as the strategic leader, including assessment and transition.
2. Class responsibility for a Key Stage 1 class.
3. Promoting and securing high-quality teaching and learning.
4. Leading, coaching, and supporting staff.
5. Managing behaviour across the Key Stage.

About you

We invite applications from enthusiastic and passionate aspiring senior leaders or existing senior leaders who have a proven track record of positively impacting children's outcomes. This key leadership role offers an excellent opportunity to help shape the strategic direction of our school.

The post holder will have significant experience working in Key Stage 1. They will be an excellent practitioner with the commitment and motivation to inspire children's learning and development, enhancing progress and raising attainment and achievement for all. They will also possess the personal drive to play a central role in our school.
