The successful candidate will have a proven SEND leadership track record, drive for continuous professional development and a strong commitment to safeguarding and inclusion.

Highfield School, a specialist secondary for pupils with severe learning difficulties, autism and complex needs, is recruiting an Assistant Headteacher for its leadership team. The post centres on leading SEND provision, raising students' progress towards their EHCP outcomes and setting high standards in classroom practice across the school. It suits a leader with a proven record of working with SEND pupils and a commitment to continuous professional development. Enhanced DBS and right to work in the UK are required, and visa sponsorship is not available.
