Salary: Up to £58,000.00 per annum (not pro rata)
Hours: 38.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent, Term Time only
We are recruiting an Assistant Headteacher to join our team at Hillingdon Manor School in Uxbridge.
As Assistant Headteacher, you will support our Headteacher in school management, delivering educational needs, maximizing pupil achievement, and supporting their development.
As Assistant Head Teacher for the Secondary School, you will be responsible for Progress & Outcomes for KS3, 4 & 5. You will oversee Examinations and Formal Accreditation, with direct line management for the Exams Officer.
You will work alongside two other Assistant Head Teachers and support the Deputy Head Teachers and Head Teacher to maintain high standards of Quality of Education, Behaviour, and Specialist Approaches.
This permanent role suits a proactive individual with middle leadership experience. Experience with SEN is preferred, but candidates from other sectors with transferable skills are welcome. The successful candidate should understand and accept Trauma Informed Approaches, with training provided by Lead Clinicians.
Hillingdon Manor Secondary School provides specialist education for approximately 185 pupils aged 11-19, with smaller class sizes and tailored qualifications.
