We are looking to appoint an Assistant Headteacher to lead on SEND and Inclusion.
About you
Our ideal candidate will demonstrate an outstanding record as a leader and will be able to realise the ambitious vision of securing excellence in every aspect of school life.
The successful candidate will have experience working with young people with complex learning needs. You will understand how these needs impact learning and behaviour. Experience with children with SEMH or Autism is desirable. You will create a culture that enables all learners and staff to excel and will understand curriculum design and quality assurance processes, contributing to shaping our curriculum at Lamledge School.
