Job description

We are looking for an Assistant Head Teacher. You will be supporting the staff team through leadership and development. You will also be the lead on evaluating standards of teaching and learning, supporting the growth of Endeavour House School.

We have two posts available, one with Pastoral responsibilities and one with a curriculum focus. Please highlight when you apply, which post you are more suitable for.

Endeavour House School works with children with social, emotional, and emerging mental health needs. The school is based in a vibrant area of Essex, providing a safe and nurturing environment for anxious, vulnerable pupils unable to sustain a mainstream placement.

Our educational offer balances academic studies, physical and outdoor education, vocational studies, and personal development programmes. Where the children are taught in small groups or on a one-to-one basis. Bespoke learning based on personal interests and community issues engages pupils – helping extend their concentration and success.
