5. Is enthusiastic, ambitious, and eager to develop further
6. Possesses a detailed understanding of pedagogy and is skilled at developing others
7. Has experience leading and motivating teams
8. Communicates effectively with colleagues, parents, and the wider community
9. Thinks strategically, solves problems imaginatively, and takes initiative
10. Supports our Christian ethos and is committed to nurturing our church-school partnership
11. Has a willingness to undertake Saturday Schools
