As our new Assistant Headteacher, you will play a vital role in driving this vision forward.

As Assistant Headteacher, you will:
  • lead a phase: provide strategic direction and support to ensure high standards of teaching, learning, and outcomes across your phase
  • drive excellence in a core subject: lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of a core subject curriculum, ensuring all pupils achieve exceptional progress
  • model outstanding practice: demonstrate exemplary teaching, setting high expectations for pupils and staff
  • support whole-school improvement: collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to deliver on our strategic priorities, including improving attainment and embedding a relational approach
  • develop staff: mentor and support colleagues through coaching, guidance, and tailored professional development opportunities
