Laisterdyke Leadership Academy in West Wick is seeking an Assistant Head of Year to lead pastoral care and student welfare. This 37-hour-per-week post focuses on supporting students' wellbeing and creating a positive learning environment.

A DBS check is required, visa sponsorship is not available, and you will work within Star Academies. The role requires experience with mental wellbeing, SEMH, SEND or counselling support for students.

Qualifications

• 5 GCSEs including English and Maths at grade 9-4/A*-C.
• Experience working with young people in an education setting.
• Enhanced DBS check completed.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
