Job summary

North Chadderton School in the east of Manchester is seeking an Assistant Head of Year to support the Head of Year in driving strong academic progress and exemplary behaviour across the year group. You will work to motivate students to excel and maintain high expectations of what they can achieve, within a supportive pastoral framework.

Job description

We are looking to appoint an Assistant Head of Year to join our supportive pastoral team. This is a pastoral role, where you will assist the Head of Year to ensure significant academic progress and excellent behaviour of students across a year group. To succeed in this role, you will be able to inspire and motivate students to excel in their education and have high expectations to what students can achieve.
