More About Your Role

As a Deputy Head of Technology Support, you will provide advanced technical assistance to our staff. Your expertise in cyber security, PowerShell, Windows servers, Azure Active Directory (including Exchange Online, SharePoint, MS365, and Power Automate) will be crucial in maintaining the security, availability, and reliability of our IT infrastructure and cloud services.

  • Build positive relationships with staff across various sites, including the Central Support Office.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and external suppliers.
  • Recognize and accept training and development needs.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to end users, colleagues, and team members.
