More About Your Role

As a Deputy Head of Technology Support, you will play a key role in providing advanced technical assistance and support to our staff members.

You will specialise in cyber security and possess comprehensive knowledge of PowerShell, Windows servers, Azure Active Directory (including Exchange Online, SharePoint, MS365, and Power Automate). As a Deputy Head of Technology Support, you will play a critical role in maintaining the security, availability, and reliability of our organisation's IT infrastructure and cloud services.

  1. Build positive relationships with staff members when attending sites, including the Central Support Office.
  2. Able to effectively communicate and collaborate with all colleagues and external suppliers.
  3. Ability to accept and recognise training and development requirements.
  4. Focus on delivering exceptional customer service to all end users, colleagues, and team members.
