About the Role:
In this exciting dual-property role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the planning and coordination of all events, from corporate conferences and brand activations to unforgettable weddings and private celebrations. Working closely with our Sales, F&B, and Operational teams, you'll ensure seamless delivery and exceptional guest experiences every time.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the event planning process across both properties

Be the key contact for clients post-confirmation through to post-event follow-up

Liaise with internal departments to ensure all event details are executed flawlessly

Develop and mentor a high-performing planning team

Collaborate with Sales to enhance the client journey and maximise revenue opportunities

Maintain the highest standards of guest satisfaction and event execution

Proven experience in a senior events planning or coordination role, ideally within hotels or lifestyle venues

Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills

A calm and solutions-focused mindset, even under pressure

Passion for hospitality, creativity, and delivering standout experiences

A collaborative spirit and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
