As the Assistant Head Concierge, you will epitomize exceptional service for our guests and have a thorough knowledge of things to see and do in London.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Have an in-depth knowledge of London, including restaurants, attractions, shows, and events.
  2. Create personalized and bespoke experiences for guests using our concierge services.
  3. Anticipate guests' needs and go above and beyond to exceed their expectations.
  4. Be aware of VIP or repeat guests and tailor services accordingly.
  5. Innovate and improve working practices continually.
  6. Maximize revenue through upselling techniques.
  7. Maintain thorough knowledge of OPERA and Micros systems.
  8. Monitor guest reviews and feedback, providing updates to your team.
  9. Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to your team in reception, guest relations, and VIP management.
  10. Promote training and development to foster team progression and retention.
  11. Represent Nobu as an ambassador, embodying our values and commitment to excellence.
