• Taking charge of the kitchen and leading the team to deliver exceptional food and maximum profitability in the absence of the Head Chef
• Having a passion for our menu, knowing the specs inside out, working across sections, and sharing this passion with your team
• Planning shifts, preparing the right amount of food, and delegating duties
• Collaborating with the restaurant team to deliver memorable experiences for customers and ensuring the quality and presentation of food
• Maintaining the restaurant and kitchen's appearance, adhering to policies and guidelines, and ensuring the team does the same
