Zizzi Ristorante is seeking an Assistant Head Chef to lead the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence, maintaining service standards and inspiring the team.

You'll balance a buzzing restaurant floor with high-volume delivery channels, drive stock, labour, and cost control, and coach junior chefs to build confidence and talent in a fast-paced environment.
