Zizzi Bracknell is seeking an Assistant Head Chef to lead shifts and run the pass in the Head Chef's absence. You will inspire the team, balance busy service, and support fast-paced delivery channels while maintaining high standards of Italian-inspired dishes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a high-volume kitchen.
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations, stock and waste control.
• Proven track record of delivering consistent quality and safety standards.
• Passion for Italian cuisine and high standards of service.

Responsibilities

• Lead the kitchen and run the pass in the Head Chef's absence.
• Ensure fast, flawless service and consistent food quality for dine-in and delivery.
• Manage stock, labour, prep, and cost control to meet KPIs.
• Coach and develop junior chefs and maintain team morale.
• Uphold safety, cleanliness and food safety standards at all times.
