The Role

This varied role involves everything from enhancing member experience to team development. Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering excellent member service alongside the Gym Manager
• Supporting the Gym Manager in attracting new members through outreach and community events
• Leading and developing a team of Personal Trainers, Fitness Coaches, and Gym Instructors, fostering a positive environment
• Providing ongoing training and professional growth opportunities for staff
• Managing and improving Group Exercise offerings within the gym

You will play a vital role in creating a great environment for both your team and gym members. As an Assistant Gym Manager at PureGym, you will support leadership, ensure high-quality service, and contribute to membership growth and retention.
