Location: Acton, West London

We are recruiting for a sector-leading fitness brand with gyms across the UK. They are looking for an Assistant Gym Manager for their new club in Acton. This role offers great career development opportunities, including training and development programs. It is a fantastic opportunity to work with industry-leading talent.

This management role is hands-on within the fitness industry and involves various responsibilities which can be discussed further with our recruitment team. The key responsibilities include:

• People Management: Manage, inspire, and lead a team of Personal Trainers.
• Brand & Operations Management: Ensure the club meets standards and is vibrant for members.
• Product: Be passionate about the fitness space you manage and engage with members.
• Commercial: Promote the club locally through fitness testing, events, and drive revenue from memberships and additional services.

What are we looking for? To succeed in this role, you should:

• Have management experience in the fitness industry, such as Assistant General Manager, Fitness Manager, Deputy/Assistant Manager, or Sales Manager.
• If coming from outside the industry, demonstrate transferable skills and experience, with a strong passion for fitness. Ideally, be Personal Trainer qualified to level 3.
• Be energetic, personable, ambitious, and possess a positive attitude.
