The Role

This varied role involves member experience and team development, focusing on:

• Delivering excellent member experience through service and standards, alongside the Gym Manager
• Supporting the Gym Manager in attracting new members through outreach and community events
• Team leadership: recruiting, developing talent, training, and supervising Personal Trainers, Fitness Coaches, and Gym Instructors; fostering a positive work environment
• Providing ongoing training and professional development for fitness staff
• Managing and improving Group Exercise offerings

You will play a key role in creating a great place to work and work out for your team and members. As an Assistant Gym Manager, you will support leadership, ensure high-quality service, and contribute to membership growth and retention.
