We are seeking an Assistant Club Manager for an excellent operator in the health and fitness industry. Energie Fitness Ashford, opened just a year ago, has already established a strong community of members who often describe us as their second home. Our online reviews frequently mention our friendly atmosphere. We are not an anonymous warehouse gym; we know our members' names, goals, and the role fitness plays in their lives. Your role as Assistant Manager will be to maintain and enhance this environment and attract more members. Working alongside the Club Manager, you will be hands-on in creating a positive space for both staff and members. This role requires a passionate individual about fitness, service, and products, who is proactive and leads by example. A genuine passion for the industry and the ability to motivate members to achieve a world-class fitness experience are essential.
