Assistant Guest Experience Manager - Melia White House

Are you passionate about creating unforgettable guest experiences? Join our prestigious team as an Assistant Guest Experience Manager in Melia White House. You'll be the driving force behind ensuring our guests' stays are personalized, seamless, and exceed their highest expectations. In this dynamic role, you'll lead a dedicated team, innovate guest services, and uphold the highest standards of luxury and excellence. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Liaising with the Guest Experience Manager and other Heads of Department to resolve difficult situations or complaints that could impact the hotel and company reputation.
  • Implementing and monitoring measures to resolve queries, comments, and complaints through various quality tools (guest questionnaires, Melia Connect, guest feedback, etc.).
  • Preparing and promoting activities for special events or dates and outlet promotions, maintaining a calendar, and coordinating with departments and suppliers.
  • Conducting spot-checks in outlets and hotel rooms to ensure standards are met and maintained.
  • Monitoring and suggesting improvements to increase the hotel's online reputation in social media.

We seek:

  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Guest Experience in a hotel environment.
  • Exceptional written & spoken English (Spanish is a plus).
  • Opera knowledge.
  • Deep understanding of hotel operations, brand strategies, and customer experience tools.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team.
  • Knowledge of brand strategies.
  • Excellent communication and service-oriented mindset.
