Set across 14 hectares of glasshouse production, this site grows high-quality cucumbers, aubergines, and tomatoes for major UK retailers using cutting-edge sustainable practices.

Working alongside the Growing Manager, you’ll help deliver healthy, high-yield crops on time and to spec—while learning from some of the best in the business.

What you’ll do:

  • Support day-to-day crop management and planning
  • Monitor pest and disease control strategies
  • Ensure accurate forecasting and communication with the supply chain
  • Help implement growing programmes using advanced systems like Priva
  • Drive quality, efficiency, and innovation in every task

What you’ll bring:
