We’re looking for a talented Assistant Bid Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. Working closely with our Bid Graphic Designer, you’ll play a key role in helping us win, retain, and grow business by delivering visually compelling and brand-aligned tender submissions.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with the Bid Graphic Designer to deliver high-quality, on-brand tender documents.
  • Create visually engaging PowerPoint presentations and slide decks for our Development Team.
  • Translate complex written and numerical content into clear, impactful visuals.
  • Maintain and evolve our library of graphics, icons, and visual assets.
  • Support the wider business—including comms, marketing, and development teams—with ad-hoc design needs.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across our work-winning processes.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as an artworker, ideally within B2B or professional services; tender experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong eye for detail and ability to follow brand guidelines and templates.
  • Excellent time management and the ability to work under pressure without compromising quality.
  • A collaborative mindset with the confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A creative thinker who’s eager to contribute ideas and drive innovation.
