Job summary

KFC Rotherham - Manvers Way is hiring an Assistant Restaurant General Manager to lead the team, own the day-to-day operations, drive performance and ensure a welcoming guest experience. You’ll set the tone, coach your crew, and balance speed with quality to hit targets and maintain a positive atmosphere.

You will manage rosters, stock, and admin, while upholding standards and complying with company policies.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience preferred in hospitality or retail environments.
• Ability to train, coach and motivate a team.
• Strong operations and guest-service mindset.
