Sitting within the Global product team, you’ll be responsible for delivering the NPD plan for the Skincare team! There has never been such an exciting time to join the team - you’ll be responsible for delivering cutting-edge scientific skincare products to market.

We are looking for a hands-on, innovative Assistant Product Manager with a passion for scientific skincare to join our fantastic Product Development team. You will be a crucial part of the Global No7 Product team - supporting the Global Product Manager to deliver NPD projects over the 3Y Pipeline. This role requires someone who can effectively manage all aspects of the product life cycle with confidence and ease, delivering innovation, creating compelling & consumer led propositions which drive revenue & profit for the business and our customers.

• Contributing and creating skincare NPD both present and future, with a focus on science, in line with brand positioning and ethos.

• Support end-to-end NPD development of the our pipeline, managing and leading high paced projects from Ideation to Brief to Conceptualisation, Delivery and Launch.

• Ability to interpret and translate cutting-edge science and consumer centric insights into exciting product concepts and benefit territories.

• Work alongside agency partners from brief & evaluation: packaging, CAD, Illustrators etc.

• Ability to translate macro trends into micro product detail these include packaging, formulation, fragrance, taste & design elements.

• Managing senior stakeholders to excite and align to key projects at critical approval points.

• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver NPD Projects including Brand, R&D, Packaging, Formulation and Commercial.

• Highly enthusiastic, with a keen interest and passion for skincare.

What you’ll need to have:

• Proven experience as an Assistant Product/NPD Manager within Beauty. Skincare is desirable.

• Immeasurable passion and knowledge of industry trends, skincare influencers and passionate about consumer behaviour.

• Highly creative with the confidence to present new and innovative blue sky thinking for the brand.

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

It would be great if you also have:

• Flexibility to travel- between offices and globally
