About the role

Welcome to the No7 team – the driving force behind No7 Beauty Company’s growth plans.

Sitting within the Global product team, you’ll be responsible for delivering the NPD plan for the Skincare team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team dedicated to delivering innovative scientific skincare products to market.

We are seeking a hands-on, innovative Assistant Product Manager with a passion for scientific skincare to support our Product Development team. You will play a key role in the Global No7 Product team, assisting the Global Product Manager in delivering NPD projects over the 3-year pipeline. The role involves managing all aspects of the product lifecycle, delivering innovation, and creating compelling, consumer-led propositions to drive revenue and profit.

Responsibilities include:

• Contributing to and creating skincare NPD, focusing on science, aligned with brand positioning and ethos.
• Supporting end-to-end NPD development from ideation to launch.
• Translating science and consumer insights into product concepts.
• Collaborating with agency partners on packaging, CAD, and illustrations.
• Interpreting trends into product details such as packaging, formulation, fragrance, and design.
• Managing senior stakeholders and aligning on key projects.
• Working with cross-functional teams including Brand, R&D, Packaging, Formulation, and Commercial.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Proven experience as an Assistant Product/NPD Manager in the beauty industry, preferably skincare.
• A passion for industry trends, influencers, and consumer behavior.
• Creativity and confidence in presenting innovative ideas.
• Ability to collaborate across teams.
