Responsibilities include supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day management of the restaurant, taking full responsibility in their absence, and maintaining responsibility for the overall strategic planning, development, and success of the restaurant, together with the General Manager and Head Chef. You will also manage budgets, direct and indirect costs, and lead, inspire, and motivate the team to achieve stability, productivity, and loyalty. Acting as a role model, you will deliver the highest standard of guest service.

• You have strong leadership skills and the confidence to lead the team.
