Job summary
Thesleff Group's Sale e Pepe Knightsbridge seeks an experienced Assistant General Manager to lead the front of house in one of London’s iconic Italian restaurants. You will work closely with the General Manager to oversee daily service, coach the team, sustain exceptional hospitality and guest experience, and drive commercial performance while upholding the brand's standards.

Qualifications
- Experience in premium or high‑end restaurants.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Proven track record delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and floor service.
- Lead, coach and mentor front-of-house team to deliver outstanding hospitality.
- Maintain standards of service, hospitality and presentation.
- Build relationships with guests, including regular and VIP clientele.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing development of staff.
- Drive commercial performance while preserving guest experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen and senior leadership to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage rotas, labour and stock controls; handle operational administration.
