Nando's in Glasgow is seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our lively restaurant team. You will work closely with the General Manager to implement business strategy, drive performance and ensure exceptional customer service across Eat-in, Takeaway and Delivery channels.

You will lead by example, coach staff, monitor GP and compliance, and help grow the business while maintaining Nando's vibrant culture and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant management team alongside the General Manager to deliver results and an exceptional customer experience.
• Motivate and develop the team to perform well on every shift and uphold Nando's standards.
• Analyze performance data, manage budgets and labour to protect the bottom line while driving sales in a fast-paced setting.
