Job summary

Roxy Ball Room Sheffield seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead a large front-of-house team at the Charter Square venue. You will drive guest experiences, coach up to 50 staff, and oversee daily operations with a focus on delivering excellent service and a fun, professional culture.

You will manage a P&L, contribute to quarterly plans, and ensure safety, licensing, and brand standards are upheld. Weekend/public holiday work and a reliable commute are required in this vibrant, adult-focused

Qualifications

• Must lead and develop a winning team of up to 50 staff.
• Responsible for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Able to manage a P&L to meet financial targets.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays as required.
