Job summary

Corecruitment is recruiting for an Assistant General Manager at a new opening, high-volume dining venue in London. You will lead a large front-of-house team, delivering a consistently brilliant guest experience and playing a central role in shaping the operation.

You’ll coach and develop managers, foster a positive, energetic atmosphere, and gain exposure to budgets, labour, and P&L as you progress toward a General Manager role.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Assistant General Manager or General Manager in a high-volume restaurant.
• Thrives in fast-paced, guest-facing operations.
• Strong people leadership with coaching and development skills.
• Commercial awareness with knowledge of sales, labor, and budgets.
• Passion for delivering superb guest experiences and progression opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large FOH team and ensure a consistently brilliant guest experience.
• Drive service standards during busy periods and energize the restaurant atmosphere.
• Coach and develop managers and nurture team progression.
• Engage in commercial aspects including labour, sales, budgets, and P&L.
