Job summary

Individual Restaurants is seeking an Assistant General Manager for Piccolino Grance, Wilmslow. You will lead daily operations with a focus on delivering exceptional hospitality and staff development.

You will join a collection of restaurants known for quality service and fantastic food, with in-house training through our RISE programme. Benefits include 50% food & drink discount, enhanced pension, health plan, and Wagestream access.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager or in a similar role within hospitality.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food & beverage, staffing, and budgeting.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities
