Job summary

Popeyes UK&I in the United Kingdom is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a high-volume restaurant team and partner with the GM to deliver exceptional food quality, speed of service, and guest experience.

You will recruit and coach staff, optimise labour and costs, ensure HACCP and health & safety compliance, and foster a warm, inclusive culture. This role offers clear progression through Popeyes University and strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager or Restaurant General Manager in a branded, high-volume QSR or fast-casual restaurant.
• Experience leading results through teams, coaching and training.
• Track record of hitting sales targets and controlling costs.
• Experience with labour scheduling, stock management, and inventory systems.
• Strong people leadership and developing future leaders.
