Bluebird Chelsea is seeking a dynamic Assistant General Manager who places guest satisfaction at the heart of operations and leads a high-performing team. You will model excellent service standards and foster a positive, collaborative culture across shifts.

While financial management skills are required, your primary focus will be team development, service excellence, and implementing growth strategies to support the General Manager and progress towards a future GM role.
