Pegasus Homes in Cobham, England is seeking an Assistant General Manager (Senior Building & Community Coordinator) to lead on-site operations at the West Byfleet development, ensuring building functionality and a welcoming resident experience.
This fixed-term role is full-time (35 hours/week) with a DBS check, enhanced benefits, and on-site parking, focused on safety, community events, and collaboration with Sales, Development and Completions teams.

Internally you'll be known as 'Senior Building & Community Coordinator', you'll be the driving force behind our residential development and our go-to person on-site, making sure everything operates seamlessly while fostering a welcoming atmosphere for our residents.
