Key Responsibilities
  • Provide legal support on various legal and regulatory matters for a global professional services organization.
  • Advise on contracts, corporate governance, technology, privacy, data security, compliance, and other commercial issues.
  • Support HR on employment law issues.
  • Manage compliance with laws, regulations, and policies across jurisdictions.
  • Support Risk Management and Finance with legal guidance.
  • Oversee legal needs of global delivery center subsidiaries.
  • Contribute to KDN group and KPMG network initiatives.
  • Develop governance policies, procedures, and playbooks.
  • Review and advise on new services and solutions, including governance and legal/regulatory issues.
  • Manage external legal counsel efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • Balance practical advice with risk management and compliance obligations.
  • Deliver presentations and write articles on legal topics.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a UK-qualified lawyer (or equivalent) with significant experience, preferably from a major law firm or in-house at a Big 4 or similar organization. The candidate should have:
