  • Help ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations across jurisdictions and within network policies.
  • Support Technology and Risk Management teams with legal support for their activities.
  • Manage legal needs of global delivery centre subsidiaries.
  • Develop and implement governance, policies, procedures, and playbooks.
  • Manage external legal counsel across jurisdictions, ensuring cost-effective and efficient work.
  • Review and advise on new services, solutions, and legal/regulatory issues related to technology, data privacy, data protection, and AI.
  • Balance practical, business-focused advice with risk management and compliance obligations.
  • Make presentations and write articles on legal topics.
  • Mentor and support junior team members.
  • Develop collaborative relationships across the network of member firms.
What you'll need to succeed
  • UK-qualified lawyer (or equivalent outside the UK) with significant law firm experience.
  • Experience in private practice with regulatory exposure and some data protection experience.
  • 8–12 years post-qualified experience.
  • Expert legal skills with ability to lead complex legal and regulatory matters.
  • Experience negotiating, drafting, and reviewing transactions and agreements across jurisdictions.
  • Strategic risk management skills, with ability to identify issues and recommend mitigation.
  • Ability to work independently and manage complex files, collaborating with teams.
  • Ability to balance business growth with legal and compliance risk management.
  • Self-motivated, thriving in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
What you'll get in return
  • 25 days annual leave, excluding bank holidays
  • Day off on your birthday
  • Life Insurance
  • Opportunity to work with an experienced global team
  • Hybrid working arrangement
