You will be able to demonstrate some previous experience of multi-jurisdictional contract drafting and negotiations, negotiating large and complex IT contracts. Other types of contracts you will be working on include professional services, support (managed services, development and service desk), third party partnerships, subcontractors and third-party terms and conditions which will be across jurisdictions.
