Support the garment technology process from design to delivery, focusing on fabric quality, technical innovation, and product improvements. Collaborate closely with designers, buyers, merchandisers, and fabric technologists. Manage supply base expectations, conduct risk assessments, analyze product test data, and ensure compliance with safety and legal standards. Implement company policies and sustainability targets, and review product quality throughout the season to drive continuous improvement.
You are a team player with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for technical detail. You possess relevant qualifications and experience in garment technology, with a strong understanding of manufacturing, construction, and performance, especially in denim. You are proactive, innovative, and eager to contribute to the department.
