£28,365.79 Per Annum / £13.64 Per Hour, 40 Hours per week

We are seeking an Assistant Front Office Manager with a proven track record of driving standards and delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role may be suitable for candidates with experience as a supervisor or in a Reception Manager position.

The successful candidate will lead with purpose and vision, using their commercial expertise to enhance hotel standards. Innovation and responsiveness to various situations are essential qualities.

Key responsibilities include monitoring guest satisfaction, setting departmental targets, and leading the front office team. Building a high-performing team is crucial to success.

Our hotel operates 7 days a week, 365 days a year, requiring flexibility to work various shifts and days, especially during evenings and weekends. Shift patterns and hours are flexible and can be discussed at interview.
