Job summary

REPs Football LTD. is seeking an Assistant Football Coach for upcoming residential camps in Reading, UK. The role involves assisting in planning and delivering training sessions for players aged 10-14 while supporting lead coaches to foster a positive learning environment.

Successful candidates will gain valuable experience in a high-performance setting and may have the opportunity to participate in the Gothia World Youth Cup in Sweden in July 2026. FA Level 1 Coaching Qualification is required.

Qualifications

• FA Level 1 Coaching Qualification is required.
• Current FA Enhanced DBS and up-to-date safeguarding qualifications.
• Level 1 in First Aid in Football is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering training sessions for players aged 10-14.
• Support the Lead Coach in creating a positive learning environment.
• Contribute to coaching philosophy focused on player development.
• Help motivate and inspire players during residential stay.
• Assist with pastoral care alongside the coaching team.
