Danone Türkiye is looking for a talented colleague for the "Assistant Food Safety Manager, Lüleurgaz". Take this opportunity to GROW together!

Responsibilities include:

  • Owning and managing all food safety systems across the plant
  • Ensuring a comprehensive food safety management system is established and effective
  • Ensuring compliance with local and international food safety regulations/standards
  • Implementing food safety procedures, instructions, and tools; maintaining up-to-date documentation
  • Training personnel on food safety practices and standards
  • Leading or coordinating food safety/HACCP meetings
  • Conducting internal GMP and HACCP audits and following up on corrective actions
  • Participating in food safety-related change management projects
  • Supporting process, equipment, and method validation in line with GMP and regulatory requirements
About You

Qualifications include:

  • Graduates of Food Engineering or Chemical Engineering
  • Willing to relocate to Lüleburgaz or residing there
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
  • Deep knowledge of Food Safety Systems, HACCP, PRP, allergen control, and FSSC 22000
  • Experience in risk assessments and root cause analysis within HACCP frameworks
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements (GMP, EU, MoH, MoAF)
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex data
  • Experience in validation, verification, calibration
  • Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills
  • Minimum 2 years in the pharmaceutical or food industry
