With our menu's being changed with the seasons, the team are always working hard to deliver new and improved dishes with fresh local produce and suppliers, provenance and daily specials.
To assist the F&B Manager in the supervision of the Company’s day to day management within the park and ensuring all the companies standards and procedures are met.
The successful candidate will have the ability and passion to assist in the efficient management of all food, beverage, and retail activities to the highest level. Candidates require Food and Beverage experience at supervisor level or higher.
This is a permanent, full time role, working 40 hours per week. The nature of our business necessitates that the successful applicant will be required to work evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays.
