Leonardo Hotels Hinckley Island is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to support strategic objectives of the F&B department and supervise daily operations. You will lead a vibrant team, ensure memorable guest experiences, and act as an ambassador for the hotel and Leonardo Hotels estate.

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will help motivate the team, manage service delivery, and assist with events and staff reviews, with opportunities for progression and strong staff
