About the Role

This is a hands-on, service-led Food & Beverage Assistant Manager position supporting the Restaurant Manager in day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will lead by example, supervising front-of-house service, coordinating restaurant logistics, and ensuring the highest standards of guest experience across restaurant, bar, and event spaces.

Support daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service

Supervise and motivate front-of-house teams, leading with energy and professionalism

Assist with staff scheduling, shift planning, and rota management

Conduct team briefings and uphold service standards across all F&B functions

Assist with the coordination and delivery of events, conferences, and private functions

Act as a key contact for event clients, ensuring all requirements are executed flawlessly

What We’re Looking For

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a restaurant or hotel F&B leadership role

Strong understanding of cost control and labour management

A confident, visible leader with excellent communication and organisational skills

Passion for high-end service and creating memorable guest experiences

Experience in events and banqueting is a strong advantage
