About the Role

This is a hands-on, service-led Food & Beverage Assistant Manager position supporting the Restaurant Manager in day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will lead by example, supervising front-of-house service, coordinating restaurant logistics, and ensuring the highest standards of guest experience across restaurant, bar, and event spaces.

Key Food & Beverage Assistant Manager Responsibilities

  • Support daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service

  • Supervise and motivate front-of-house teams, leading with energy and professionalism

  • Assist with staff scheduling, shift planning, and rota management

  • Conduct team briefings and uphold service standards across all F&B functions

  • Assist with the coordination and delivery of events, conferences, and private functions

  • Act as a key contact for event clients, ensuring all requirements are executed flawlessly

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a restaurant or hotel F&B leadership role

  • Strong understanding of cost control and labour management
