Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily facilities operations including maintenance, cleaning, and security.
  • Coordinate with service providers and contractors to ensure timely, high-quality service.
  • Manage office equipment and supplies, ensuring availability and functionality.
  • Help manage the facilities budget, focusing on cost efficiency and value.
  • Respond to employee requests related to facilities issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Keep accurate records of service contracts, maintenance activities, and compliance documentation.
  • Contribute to sustainability initiatives such as recycling and energy-saving projects.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

  • Experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facilities management tools.
  • Solid knowledge of health and safety regulations.
