• A passion for the health and fitness industry and a strong desire to exceed member expectations.
• Strong Leadership and Operational Management Skills, assisting in managing/training team and external contractors.
• Must have/or be willing to get a Working with Children's card
• Ability to quickly build a rapport and develop internal & external networks.
• The ability to interact, train and safely monitor groups of up to 20 people.
• Strong sales and motivational skills and the drive to help members achieve their goals and the willingness to learn and continuously improve.
• Assist with Developing and maintaining a fitness timetable
• Assist with Daily/Monthly administrative tasks
• Certificate IV in Fitness, current Level 2 First Aid & CPR and Industry Registration (Fitness Australia or Kinect) are essential.
• Qualifications as a Pool Lifeguard is desirable, but not essential.
  
  A Day in the life:
• Establish a rapport with One Lifestyle Members that supports new and repeat business
• Support a team environment where staff initiative is encouraged
• Maintain the presentation and standards by taking initiative when moving thorough the Fitness Centre to identify and rectify problems
• Ensure all laws, industry regulations and codes are understood and followed
• Support the achievement of the Fitness Centre and Leisure business plan objectives by seeking business improvement & development opportunities.
• Foster an open, communicative working environment with all staff
